About the Role
Forest Manor Healthcare Center is seeking a New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care-giving team. We offer full-time (11PM-7AM), part-time, and per diem positions across all shifts.
This role involves providing clinical care in accordance with federal and state regulations, facility policies, and care plans. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
We are a 120-bed nursing home with a beautiful new facility and a pleasant, clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care in compliance with federal and state regulations, facility policies, and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly.
- Document all care and treatments thoroughly.
Requirements
- New Jersey LPN license.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to quality care and compassionate service.
Benefits
- Full-time LPN bonus: $5,000.
- Part-time and per diem LPN bonus: $2,500.
Schedule
- Full-time: 11PM–7AM shift.
- Part-time: All shifts available.
- Per diem: Flexible shifts available.
