LPN - Orthopedic Unit - Part Time Nights

Role Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or the guidance of a licensed professional, ensuring accountability and confidentiality. Coordinates care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and adheres to organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver nursing care on a surgical unit focusing on adult post-operative orthopedic traumas and neurosurgery. Develop critical thinking, assessment, and clinical skills. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education and licensure. Current LPN license in the state of practice. Can be a new or experienced LPN. Certifications: LPN-IV Certification (Missouri), BLS through American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire. Additional Details Shift: 7 pm - 7 am, including every other weekend and rotational holidays.
