Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or direction of licensed professionals.
- Maintain accountability for patient care, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
- Perform duties aligned with organizational standards, mission, and values.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in Missouri, with ongoing compliance
- New graduates and experienced LPNs welcome
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) via American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
- LPN-IV Certification (completed before hire or within 3 months)
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and patient handling
- Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs
