Responsibilities

• Providing 1-on-1 Patient Care with personalized attention
• Following Care Plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing care
• Monitoring Patient Conditions and Maintaining Accurate Patient Charts
• Assisting with Daily Activities to enhance the patient's quality of life

Requirements

• An Active LPN or RN License
• A positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to multi-task
• A compassionate heart ready to make a difference in the family you care for
