LPN or RN In Home Nurse Visits

About the role

As a valued nurse, you’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments
• Reliably serve patients in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas

Qualifications

• Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing
• 1 year of paid RN or LPN experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay
