Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles and competency within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Utilize age‑ and population‑specific standards related to physical and psychosocial needs per care plan.
• Perform testing to evaluate resident data and provide needed care.
• Recognize problems, recommend solutions, and respond effectively in emergent situations.
• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
• Contribute to resident assessment and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care
