Position: LPN or LPN-Graduate Nurse Resident in the Oncology department, working part-time with 12-hour night shifts. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or direction, ensuring professional accountability, coordinating care with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited practical nursing programCurrent LPN license maintained according to state requirementsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squatExperience preferred but not requiredBasic Life Support certification through American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire Key Skills: Compassion, attention to detail, teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to perform physical tasks required in nursing care.
