We are seeking a Part-Time LPN/LVN for our Skilled Nursing Unit. The shift is 6 AM – 6 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans
• Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes

Requirements

• LPN or LVN license required per state regulations
