Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and comfortable living space for residents
- Monitor residents according to prescribed treatment plans
- Document responses to care plans accurately
- Administer medications as required
- Ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room
- Adequately adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes
Requirements
- LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations
Qualifications
- Proficiency in healthcare administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
