Pay

• RN Starting Rate: $33.55 per hour
• LPN Starting Rate: $30.15 per hour plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts including rotating weekends and holidays
• Full Time – Afternoon/2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors through kind words and encouragement, fostering a positive, healthy healing environment.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed at the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including direction, assignments, training, and contributions to recognition and evaluations.

Requirements

• Current practical nursing LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Current CPR-BLS certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and solve complex well-being problems
