LPN Nights - Private Duty Nursing

About the role

The role involves providing skilled nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The LPN will perform assessments, monitor patient conditions, interpret data, and deliver services according to prescribed orders.

Responsibilities

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes
• Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses
• Provide care aligned with established orders and standards

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Up-to-date TB or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS certification

• Ability to interpret patient data
