LPN (Night Shift)

About the role

TLC Management is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents while fostering a warm and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Plan and implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs and preferences
• Participate in scheduled shift rotations to cover all shifts including weekends and holidays
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless resident care

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in a caregiving or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or medical conditions

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a cheerful demeanor

Pay

$18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Shifts are available during the day, evening, and overnight hours, with some weekend and holiday coverage required.
