About the role

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a long-term care facility under the supervision of registered nurses and managers.

Responsibilities

• Administering patient care and monitoring residents' health status
• Following established nursing protocols and documentation procedures
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse certification from an accredited program
• Valid NYS LPN license
• Strong clinical patient care skills
• Current BCLS certification
