About the role

Provides direct and indirect patient care under supervision within a team-based environment, supporting self-management, self-efficacy, and care coordination for a specialized patient population.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments
• Develops and evaluates care plans
• Administers medications
• Performs procedures
• Documents care according to standards
• Supports quality improvement and performance evaluation processes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current licensure in Tennessee
• BLS certification
• Knowledge of nursing principles, growth and development, and medication management
• Pediatric experience preferred
• PALS certification preferred
