LPN NEEDED- BREMEN, GA - $35 PER HR

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the RN and physician’s plan of care, and follow the nursing care plan for each patient.
• Accurately report and record the patient’s condition and care, including signs and symptoms indicative of change.
• Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries.
• Assist the patient with activities of daily living while teaching appropriate self‑care techniques.
• Provide and maintain a safe environment for the patient.
• Assist the physician and Registered Nurse in complex nursing situations.
• Follow universal precautions whenever providing any aspect of patient care.
• Follow emergency procedures in the event of a catastrophic event, incident, accident, injury, or significant change in the patient’s condition.

General Qualifications

• 1 year experience as an LPN in a home‑care setting.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Proof of current TB testing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$35 per hour.

Schedule

12‑hour shifts, 7 AM – 7 PM, Monday through Sunday. Flexible scheduling options are available.
