LPN: Memory Care Clinic

About the Role

Supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. This position is responsible for assisting physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures. The LPN also coordinates patient flow, maintains accurate medical records, and ensures a positive patient experience.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Day shift, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Successfully completed accredited LPN program.
• LPN License in the state of Iowa.
• LPN License in the state of Illinois within 12 months of hire.
