Responsible for providing direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting. Duties include administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring patient health.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal care needs
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- One year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
