About the Role
Treatment Nurses LVN/LPNs support resident health through specialized wound care and infection prevention, promoting healing and preventing complications. They also assist in maintaining a safe, clean environment and supporting care partners.
Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and monitor wounds
- Implement care plans
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote healing
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
- Support care partners through guidance and accountability
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN license in the state for which applying
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
- Previous Wound Care and Infection Prevention Experience a plus
- Prior CPR certification

Pay
Pay rate: $33.95 - 40.50 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Part-Time - Saturday and Sunday
Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
Additional Information

Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
