About the Role
Provide patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a medical-surgical hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
- Deliver accurate and timely documentation of care
- Ensure quality bedside nursing care and respond to patient needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and comply with safety and procedural standards
- Adhere to shift schedules, policies, and manage cancellations or shift changes per facility guidelines
- Maintain compliance with timekeeping, guaranteed hours, and other facility protocols
Requirements
- Valid LPN or LVN license
- Experience in medical-surgical units preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to following facility protocols and safety standards
