LPN/LVN - Medical Surgical

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for Medical Surgical care. Responsibilities: Provide patient care in a hospital setting, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, document accurately, and ensure quality care. Must adhere to shift schedules and policies, including managing cancellations and shift changes as per policy guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Valid LPN/LVN license, experience in medical-surgical units preferred, strong communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to follow facility protocols. Key Duties: Deliver bedside nursing care, respond to patient needs, collaborate with healthcare team, and comply with all safety and procedural standards. Ensures proper documentation and adherence to policies related to shift cancellations, guaranteed hours, and timekeeping.
