Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program
- Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- 18 months licensed nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year Office nursing experience

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
