How You'll Contribute
Under the direction of an RN or Med-Surge Charge Nurse, the LPN contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. Essential Functions:
- Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care
- Administers medication
- Documents patient care given
- Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
- Affords assistance with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation
- Maintains monitoring, documentation, and communication of patient’s status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families

What We're Looking For
- Applicants should have a current Arizona or compact state LPN license and completion of a Practical Nursing Program from an accredited nursing school.
- Additional requirements include: Must have completed an LPN or LVN program. Must have an active Arizona or Compact LPN License. 1 year of experience preferred. Must have BCLS within 30 days of hire.
