About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed professional.
- Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and interactions accurately.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN.
- Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
- CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles.
