Role Overview: The Center Medical Specialist is responsible for evaluating donor suitability, conducting physical examinations, and reviewing medical histories to ensure safe plasma donation. Key Responsibilities Perform donor assessments and establish health status.Build rapport with donors to ensure satisfaction.Maintain donor and staff confidentiality.Educate donors on health and potential hazards.Manage donor injuries and adverse events.Evaluate medical history and medication use for continued eligibility.Assist in employee training and administer hepatitis vaccination programs. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse certification/license as per state requirements.CPR certification required.
