Role: Center Medical Specialist in plasma donation centers, responsible for ensuring donor health and safety. Responsibilities Include Performing physical exams and collecting medical histories to assess donor suitability.Building rapport with donors to enhance satisfaction and confidentiality.Providing health education and counseling on test results and potential hazards.Managing donor injuries and adverse events.Evaluating illness history and medication use to maintain donor eligibility.Assisting in employee training and administering the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse certification/license as per state requirements.CPR certification. Key Duties: Conduct donor assessments, ensure safety, educate donors, manage health risks, and support staff training.
