About the role
LPN/LVN providing patient-centered nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver bedside care and administer medications
- Monitor patient progress and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician supervision
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe recovery
- Educate patients and families about care and recovery processes
- Contribute to a high-quality, nurturing care environment
- Provide direct bedside nursing, medication administration, patient monitoring, and support recovery and education efforts to promote optimal patient outcomes in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work within a team
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Experience with complex rehab cases is a plus
