About the role

The Journey LPN/LVN administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or the Physician/Advance Practice Provider (APP). This role utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the nursing process when delivering care. Perform designated patient care duties to the maximum extent allowed by Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Practice Act.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 18 months licensed nursing experience.

Qualifications
