About the Role
Provide comprehensive patient care in a long-term care facility, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform ADL assistance
- Manage Gastrostomy Tube, Urinary Catheter, Wound Vac, CPAP, and Tracheostomy care
- Notify MD/NP of pertinent patient information
- Admit and discharge patients
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Flexibility with shift hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proof of flu vaccination required prior to start (can be administered during health clearance)
The role requires adaptability to varied shifts and responsibilities in a hospital-based long-term care setting.
