About the role
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Observe, assess, and report changes in residents' conditions
- Work closely with RNs, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and state regulations
Requirements
- Current and valid NY State LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care nursing preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
