LPN (Licensed Practice Nurse) Primary Care - Concierge Medicine
About the role
Provides world class, comprehensive, customized patient care
In addition to working with patients in the Private Medical office, an LPN may prepare for and execute visits to patients’ homes both independently or alongside an RN or physician
Assists in conducting routine and comprehensive health assessments for adults and children, including performing blood draws, swabs, laboratory processing, and EKGs
Provides support during occasional medical procedures and administers routine and travel vaccinations
Documents all therapies, medications, and clinically relevant patient interaction into the electronic medical record
Dedicated to a patient panel, though occasional cross-coverage for both adult and pediatric panels will be expected
Corresponds directly with patients on an as-needed basis, fostering a relationship of trust and reliability
Responsibilities
- Provides world class, comprehensive, customized patient care
- Assists in conducting routine and comprehensive health assessments for adults and children, including performing blood draws, swabs, laboratory processing, and EKGs
- Supports medical procedures and administers routine and travel vaccinations
- Documents all therapies, medications, and clinically relevant patient interaction into the electronic medical record
- Cover paneled nurses within LPN scope when nurses are out on PTO or leave
- Corresponds directly with patients on an as-needed basis, fostering a relationship of trust and reliability
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- At least five (5) years of proven work experience as an LPN
- Active Florida LPN license and IV certification
- BLS certification
- Proven immunizations or proof of immunity provided for MMR, hepatitis B, and tuberculosis, COVID-19

- The ability to harness independence and autonomy, when necessary, as well as the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team

Pay
$79,000 target depending on experience
