Responsibilities

• Supervises support staff, participates in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinates scheduling, resource management, and staff development initiatives.
• Develops policies, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and maintains safety protocols.
• Addresses operational issues, manages budget, and oversees purchasing activities.
• Acts as liaison among staff, physicians, and external entities; prepares reports.
• Provides clerical, clinical, or diagnostic support to patients and providers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of one year of LPN work experience.
• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage staff, handle operational tasks, and ensure compliance.
