About the role
Responsible for supervising support staff, ensuring quality patient care, and providing prompt, courteous service to patients and providers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all support personnel, participate in recruitment, and coordinate training and orientation programs.
- Assess ongoing staff training needs, schedule employees, and manage resources efficiently.
- Address performance issues, conduct appraisals, and evaluate job competencies.
- Develop policies, monitor compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and implement operational improvements.
- Manage staffing plans, oversee purchasing and inventory, and coordinate with other departments.
- Prepare monthly reports and serve as a liaison with internal and external entities.
- Provide clerical, clinical, or diagnostic support services as needed.
Qualifications
- At least one year of LPN experience.
- Completion of a nursing specialty training program.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
