LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Team Lead

Role Overview: This position involves leading and supervising clinical support staff, ensuring exceptional patient care, and providing prompt, courteous service to providers and patients. Key Responsibilities Supervise support staff, participate in recruitment, conduct training and orientation, and assess ongoing staff needs.Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and staff performance evaluations, including performance appraisals and addressing issues.Assist with budgeting, develop policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and infection control.Coordinate purchasing, inventory management, and interdepartmental activities; act as liaison internally and externally.Prepare and monitor reports, provide clerical, clinical, or diagnostic support, and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Must have at least one year of LPN experience, with a graduate from a specialty training program in nursing. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
