LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Skilled Pediatric Homecare

Job Summary

This position provides skilled 1-on-1 nursing care in a child's home, Monday through Friday from 7a - 5p, including care at home and school. Shifts are typically 8-12 hours per day, flexible in terms of timing.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to a very special child in their home environment.
• Work Monday through Friday from 7a - 5p.
• Care for the child at home and during school hours.
• Flexible scheduling options available, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Training and support provided at home, including ongoing education from regional Nurse Managers.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license.
• One year of LPN experience, or participation in a comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for nurses with less than one year of clinical experience.
• Successful completion of background checks.

Qualifications
