Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Prepare and administer medications and perform specialized treatments adhering strictly to the Wisconsin scope of practice.
• Proactive Monitoring: Conduct resident assessments, identify status changes, and collaborate with RNs for proactive intervention.

Qualifications

• Licensure: A current, unrestricted LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment, strong organization, and proficiency with electronic charting systems.
