Core Clinical Responsibilities

As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse on our team, you will ensure high-quality patient care through these key duties:

  • Medication & Treatments: Execute precise medication administration and perform complex wound care and respiratory treatments.
  • Acute Observation: Identify subtle shifts in resident status and collaborate with RNs to prevent hospital readmissions.
  • Interdisciplinary Synergy: Partner with therapists, dieticians, and physicians to refine holistic care plans.
  • EHR Documentation: Maintain flawless clinical narratives and transcribe physician orders using our digital platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

To succeed as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, candidates must possess:

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Wisconsin LPN License in good standing.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting is required.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to guide CNA teams and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
