Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Safely administer medications and treatments, acting as a vital clinical resource on your unit.
• Order & Documentation Management: Accurately transcribe physician orders and maintain survey-ready clinical records.
• Monitoring & Communication: Proactively assess residents and provide high-level status updates to physicians and pharmacy partners.
• Unit Leadership: Supervise and mentor CNAs to ensure the highest standards of resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• License: Active, unrestricted Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Experience: Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is valued, but we will mentor motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) ready for a leadership-oriented role.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to patient advocacy.
