(LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse –SIGN ON BONUS
About the role
Care Options for Kids is dedicated to providing focused, one-on-one care in the home for pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs. LPNs in this role work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to support these patients.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical examination from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
Qualifications
Experience with G-tube, trach, and vent procedures is preferred but not required. Candidates must have a valid New Jersey LPN license or multistate license, and pass a physical examination from within three years. A PPD or chest X-ray is also required. Candidates must hold a valid BLS CPR card obtained in person, and possess a valid driver's license.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
