LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)/ RN (Registered Nurse)

About the role

We are currently seeking experienced LPN/RN’s to fill job openings for home care patients, including adults and pediatrics, with all shifts available in every borough of New York.

Requirements

• Current license
• Excellent clinical skills
• Photo for ID Badge
• 2 Pieces of ID (Driver’s License/Passport/Resident Card/work authorization card)
• Social Security Card
• NYS License
• NYS Registration
• CPR Certification
• Fire Safety certification (available at www.ceufast.com)
• Infection Control certification (available at www.ceufast.com)
• Malpractice Insurance
• Reference (1- Previous Employer and 1-Personal)
• Direct Deposit form or Void Check (Must be signed)
• Complete Physical Exam (MUST BE WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATION)
• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella or Rubeola) Lab Reports
• Chest X-Ray Lab Report (if positive PPD)

Skills

VENT & TRACHEOTOMY CARE EXPERIENCE is required, with at least 6 months of experience.
