LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse- Private Duty (Overnight)

About the Role

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a passionate, dedicated Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Franklin, TN. Our Private Duty LPNs provide expert, patient-centered 1:1 care in a supportive and fulfilling environment.

Office Location: Murfreesboro, TN
Coverage Area: Franklin, TN

Schedule

Full-Time; Overnight Pediatric Case (infant)
Monday - Wednesday & Friday, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM

G-tube experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for client following the client's plan of care while maintaining client's dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per the client's plan of care; perform assessments of results.
• Accurately document nursing actions, care given, and communication with family, case manager, and physicians; document progress and outcomes for established goals.
• Inform physician, case manager, and families of changes in the client's medical condition and needs.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand.
• Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with the instructions of the physician.

Requirements

• LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• CPR professional certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home Health care experience preferred.
