LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse - Private Duty (Days)

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a passionate, dedicated Private Duty LPN to join our team in Munford, TN. Our Private Duty LPNs provide expert, patient-centered care in a supportive, fulfilling environment.

About the role

Office location: Brownsville, TN. Coverage area: Munford, TN. Full-time, days (Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Adult cases with trach/G-tube experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed; assess and document results
• Accurately document nursing actions, communications with family/case managers/physicians, and progress toward goals; report changes in medical condition
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are on hand
• Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions

Requirements

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted state license
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance
• CPR professional certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Home health care experience preferred
