About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supporting outpatient clinics, providing primary clinical care, and assisting providers with patient examinations and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
- Assist with minor surgical and diagnostic procedures, collect laboratory specimens, and prepare related paperwork.
- Administer medications and vaccines under provider direction.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, and ensure proper preparation of exam rooms.
- Communicate with patients, respond to inquiries, and follow up on diagnostic testing to ensure accuracy and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Open to new and experienced LPNs.
- Must meet age‑specific care requirements and follow all policies and procedures.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
