About the role

Care Options for Kids is dedicated to providing pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can offer focused, one-on-one care in the home setting. This role allows LPNs to work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership, supporting patients with skilled nursing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Offer one-on-one care to ensure full focus on the patient
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
