What You'll Do
- Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the home.
- Administer and manage medications.
- Monitor and document patient conditions.
- Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Educate and support family members.
- Collaborate closely with the Phoenix clinical team.
What You Need
- Active Illinois RN or LPN.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Caregiving and compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
