About the role

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the residents we serve, the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

Schedule

Full-time night shift: 7 pm – 7 am

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure the health, safety, and welfare of residents
• Follow applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current state license as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
• Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
