LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Memory Care

Position Details

Part-Time | 6:30am - 3:00pm, 24 hours per week. We are also hiring PRNs to work weekends. Located near Route 59 & I-88 in Naperville, IL.

About the Role

Monarch Landing, Naperville's premier Life Plan Community, is looking for caring, hospitality-driven Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Support team. Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents
• Work closely with RNs and other interdisciplinary team members
• Support care plans and ensure high standards of resident safety and dignity
• Promote independence and well-being in a homelike, engaging setting

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Illinois
• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred
• Strong communication skills and a heart for service
• Dependable, compassionate, and calm under pressure

Pay & Benefits

• $32–$34/hour, based on experience
