LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health - PRN

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered, 1:1 home health care in Fredericksburg, VA, covering the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care according to the client's plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Accurately document nursing actions.
• Communicate with families, case managers, and physicians.
• Coordinate supplies and treatments to meet patient needs.

Requirements

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree.
• Current LPN license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates have 1+ years of nursing experience, especially in home health care.
