LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse - Hazelwood

Do you want to make a difference in the life of a pediatric patient? Cooperative Home Care is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a pediatric patient in Hazelwood. Private Duty Nursing allows nurses to form meaningful one‑on‑one patient relationships and offers the ability to work a schedule that fits your life while eliminating the chaos of a hospital or facility environment.

Schedule

Monday – Friday; 7:00 am – 8:30 am and 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Pay

$32.00 to $35.00 an hour

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
• Complete all necessary clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri.
• Active CPR certification (we can provide a class if yours isn’t active!).
