About the Role
As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse at Grandview, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Observing and reporting patient status to the nursing staff and physicians
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
