About the Role

As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse at Grandview, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Observing and reporting patient status to the nursing staff and physicians
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
