We're seeking an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse to join the heart of our community at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living community. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided
- Respond to resident needs and call lights with compassion and urgency
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
- Can-do attitude with a commitment to exceptional resident care
- A genuine love for seniors
